What is your return policy?
We accept returns 30 days within shipping date. Items must be in same condition they left in, must not be damaged or worn. All item’s are quality checked upon return.
Any product damaged, stained, marked, pet hair/ lint or scented will not be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable (exceptions may apply).
What are your shipping policy?
Product availability will dictate how so orders will be shipped out. Based on availability orders will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase. Orders will be shipped out via USPS, or FedEx.
Orders shipments will not take place on any weekends or hoildays.
All products ship from Nevada 89131.
Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders
Pre-order duration is 30 days, all orders will be looked at the end of ‘Collection’ date. Manufacturing will begin the month following of Pro-order announcement.
